Synopsis

Nippon Sangoku is a post-apocalyptic political war story set in a future Japan that completely collapsed after nuclear conflict, deadly disease, natural disasters, famine, and government failure. Society falls apart so badly that Japan regresses technologically and ends up split into three rival kingdoms.

The story follows a young man named Aoteru Misumi. Unlike typical anime protagonists who become powerful through strength or special powers, Aoteru relies on intelligence, strategy, politics, and persuasion. His goal is to reunite the broken nation and bring peace back to Japan.
